Randall Knife Display Stand Maple Burl 10 12 X 6Please note display stand only, no knife it's starting to get cold here so we're staritng to clean the shop for dale, and may have a few odds and ends to list. This listing is for the stand only, no knives or other rpops included. This display stand is made from solid maple with a beautiful burl design, and has randall made knives carved into it inside the oval. The live edge has been left on this piece on the front and both side (or ends). The back is cut straight. The overall dimensiosn are approx 10 1/2 x 6 x 1 3/16 thick. The knife rests are made from antler with the cut ends sanded glass smooth and buffed to a shene to add a look of elegance to the overall piece.Thsee antler rests are spaced approx. 6 apart on center. The photos show a variety of randall knives in different sizes to help you get an idea of what your knife wolud look like on this stand. Dwc's maker's mark is carved into the wood on the bottom of this stand. This way it's out fo site when using for display, but handy if you need the info in the future. The finish is dainsh oil, hand rubbed, and then after dry, several coats of semi-gloss polyurethane. The poly. Helps the piece to look wet and shiny like the day it left the shop.
